Cancer can look like a variety of different TCM disharmonies. Most have some sort of stagnation of Blood as either a primary or secondary cause.
Moving the blood would then seem like the preventive treatment of choice in the battle to lower the incidence of cancers. Recent findings have supported this assumption.
The reports, presented at the annual meeting of the American Association for Cancer Research in Orlando, Florida, strengthen other findings that show exercise lowers the risk of several forms of cancer, as well as heart disease and diabetes.
